Our services are advisory and facilitative in nature. We do not act as real estate brokers, agents, or fiduciaries. All property transactions are subject to independent legal counsel and formal agreements between parties.

Eligibility

Our services are designed for institutional buyers, experienced developers, and qualified investors. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and possess the financial resources and intent to pursue land acquisitions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our sole discretion.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

Confidentiality

Kindland operates on the principle of mutual discretion. You agree to treat all property information, landowner identities, pricing details, and communications as strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure, circumvention, or direct contact with landowners outside of our facilitated process is prohibited and may result in termination of services and legal action.

No Warranties or Guarantees

Kindland provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The availability, suitability, or acquisition success of any property opportunity
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property data, research, or third-party reports
• The outcome of negotiations, transactions, or landowner decisions
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or services

You acknowledge that land transactions carry inherent risks and uncertainties. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, obtaining professional advice, and making informed decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindland and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or property acquisition failures. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kindland and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, breach of confidentiality, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
